PROCARE HEALTH'S SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTMENT

As part of its broader sustainability efforts with Minus 2 Degrees, ProCare Health is making measurable progress across its emergency room facilities – and Excel ER in Nacogdoches stands out as a powerful example.

Between 2023 and 2025, Excel ER reduced its annual emissions from 178 metric tons of CO2 to just 91 metric tons – a 49% reduction in two years. For a 24/7 emergency facility, that level of impact demonstrates what’s possible when leadership prioritizes practical, data-driven sustainability initiatives.

ProCare Health focused on:
  • Establishing a clear emissions
    baseline
  • Identifying high-impact reduction
    opportunities
  • Implementing practical, costeffective operational changes
  • Creating internal awareness and
    engagement around sustainability
“I did not realize how much of an impact their company would make on our company and how easy it was to make green friendly changes. They helped us reduce our carbon footprint significantly. It feels good to be part of the green initiative to help make this planet better for future generations.”

Laura Russo Director of Finance, ProCare Health

We’re proud to be part of a movement that’s not just talking sustainability, but building it into every layer of healthcare.

COMMUNITY IMPACT & SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

We were pleased to engage the FAMRev Tech coding team, emphasizing the critical role that digital systems and operational design play in shaping climate-conscious healthcare delivery.

SIMPLIFYING CARBON MARKETS THROUGH TECHNOLOGY

The Carbon Credit Platform is an upcoming solution designed to support organizations in managing, tracking, and trading carbon credits in a transparent and efficient way. The platform leverages a blockchain-backed solution to ensure data security, transparency, and trust across all transactions.

It aims to simplify carbon market participation by providing clear visibility of credits, streamlined workflows, and data-driven insights to support credible climate action and decarbonization strategies.

DRIVING CLIMАТЕ АСTION THROUGH STRATEGIC COLLABORATION

M2D has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Indus Environmental Engineering Consultants (IEEC) to collaborate on environmental and sustainability services. The partnership covers ESG framework development, sustainability reporting, carbon accounting, life cycle assessments, net-zero strategies, and carbon credit services. Together, M2D and IEEC will pursue donor-funded and private projects to advance cleaner production, circular economy solutions, and long-term climate action.

ICC RECOGNIZES M2D'S PROFESSIONALISM AND PRECISION

We’re proud to share outstanding feedback from International Cricket Council (ICC) following our work across three of their premier global tournaments: the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024, the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024, and the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.

M2D was engaged to measure Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, provide guidance on materiality, and deliver anecdotal reporting on sustainability practices at venues particularly waste management.

Throughout WORLD С VEST INDI 01-29 JUNE OF THIS each tournament, ICC was closely involved in the reporting process, with regular updates and visibility into the data as it was compiled and analyzed. Our final reports were designed to be concise and easy to understand while maintaining technical accuracy, with detailed data and supporting analysis available for deeper review when needed.

“M2D delivered carbon emissions reporting for three of ICC’s senior events – the Men’s T20 World Cup 2024, the Women’s T20 World Cup 2024, the Men’s Champions Trophy 2025. They were asked to measure Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions and to provide guidance on materiality. As an extension to the scope we asked for anecdotal reporting on sustainability practices at venue and in particular waste management. ICC was involved throughout the reporting process, and we were given access to dashboard reporting throughout the tournament. The reports, once presented are concise and easy to understand while at the same time containing accurate information. If more detailed information is needed, the dashboards can be interrogated. Special thanks to the team for their professionalism and enthusiasm.”
